Visa fee payment methods

Item Information
Visa fees The visa application fees include:
  • The administrative fees related to processing the application. These fees are retained by the French Consulate, even if the visa is refused.
  • A service fee of 30 euros, mandatory for any visa application. It is payable in manat at the current exchange rate.
Payment methods Payment of the administrative fees and any additional service is made on the day of the appointment at the visa centre, by bank card (debit or credit) or in cash.

For group applications, payment of the full fees must be made by the group representative.
Service fee exemption When booking your appointment, the system will automatically inform you whether you are eligible for a fee waiver.

In this case, you must send the supporting document corresponding to the selected visa type to infofrance-az@capago.eu, together with your appointment reference.
This must be done within 48 hours of booking. After this period, your appointment will no longer be guaranteed.
Prepayment At the final step of the booking, you will be automatically redirected to a payment page to pay the service fees.

Prepayment is mandatory to confirm your appointment and prevent fictitious bookings. It is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may change your appointment date up to two times, at least 3 days before the scheduled date.

A single applicant may only book one appointment at a time. In the event of multiple simultaneous bookings, the prepayment for the other appointments will be lost.
